1969 Chevrolet Nova SS 350 4 speed: Well Boys and Girls, Step right up and open the doors to a REAL 69 NOVA SS with RARE and amazing Documentation! Cars like this late 60's Muscle Car are getting super hard to find and get  gobbled up as soon as they become available! 

This Baby comes to you with good solid IDAHO 4 Owner History! One of the ownerships exceeds 25 glorious years! The original owner,  Mark H. Brown Jr. purchased this Nova new on February 28th, 1969 from Neyman Chevrolet Co. Hailey, Idaho (Just outside Sun Valley, Idaho). Mark H. Brown Jr. was going to college in Boise at the time! Currently owned by a GM Dealership Owner in Southwest Idaho who took the time to mechanically cover just about anything this lady needed along with only a minor cosmetic clean-up! 

With all his GM Tech Resources in December of 2003 the original 108,000 mile engine was disassembled for inspection and refreshed. Only 2 lobes of the cam were starting to show wear! To the owner/dealers astonishment, the main and rod bearings where date stamped GM 1968 (He Kept A Few) They installed a Comp Cam and lifters, double roller timing chain and gears! The numbers matching engine is still standard bore! After deglazing the cylinders they had only .003-.004 taper and the original stock pistons only required new rings! Amazing!  The main and rod bearings were replaced with standard bearings and checked the clearance. The block was hot tanked, heads resurfaced and the valves ground with hardened seats!  The original 1969 exhaust manifolds were ceramic coated in a medium gray color. The oil pump was replaced with a new GM pump. This numbers matching motor has the original intake manifold, carburetor, points distributor, air cleaner assembly, and exhaust manifolds that the she was built with in 1969!  The Muncie 4spd, 12 bolt rear axle, bell housing, front disc brake assembly is also the original that the car shipped with from GM. This baby is Fresh and Right! No expense has been spared!  New radiator, motor mounts, water pump, transmission mount, clutch and pressure plate, throw-out bearing, ball joints, tie-rod ends, KYB shocks, etc!

For Comfort, Drivability, Tightness and Sound! A “Vintage A/C” unit was installed, original style brackets along with a new original long style compressor were used! Every attempt was made to make it look as correct as possible! The A/C was updated to 134a refrigerant. This Nova SS was not built with power steering, so power steering was installed using original style brackets. The pump and steering box are new! Finally, for a nice sound and up-dated performance, a custom 3” exhaust system with a cross over torque tube was added!  The exhaust is full length and exits at the original point behind the rear wheels. To tighten the Uni-Body up a bit “Bolt On” sub-frame connectors were also added! Nice "Current Dealer" added options! 

Inside you will find her pretty much just the way she was born with the exception of the Ice Cold A/C vents under the dash! The original am radio has been removed and a aftermarket cassette with a 6 disc CD changer was installed in the trunk! All done in the original factory Radio mounting holes. After market box speakers have been added to the parcel shelf that has not been cut or modified. The the original factory am radio is included! Great Tunes! 

On the Outside, she was completely repainted to the original color Lemans Blue code 71-71 in 1991. Always garaged and well cared for since that time!  The trunk lid underbelly has never been painted! This baby is super solid, original, dry and rust free! Even comes with the original painted wheels with factory "Dog Dish" hubcaps completely wrapped in dated redline bias ply tires! NICE TO HAVE! 

In closing, I found this MUSCLE CAR to be the real thing with well documented build info! Make sure you visit the sub-page of pictures for Protecto-Plate and other docs! Known Items: I found this car to be a REAL nice example of Late 60"s Muscle! The Original Color paint is 10 plus years young, professional in Nature and looks great with only minimal flaws! The paint has two or three paint blemishes that are just that, very small chips or blemishes!  You will receive the original documentation! I know of nothing that I would do to this car! DRIVE IT!"
